Our Trip to Orlando

We are recovering from a trip to Orlando. We stayed in the Nickelodeon Hotel which was pretty fun. Magic Kingdom was nice but very crowded. The line for Peter Pan (my favorite ride there) was 90 minutes long and the ride itself was only 4 minutes. We must have been crazy. It was raining most of the day last Tuesday that we were there. Then on Weds. we made it over to Universal, which by contrast was stifling hot and miserable. We lasted longer in the rain than the heat. LOL! The last day we just shopped and the boys and Tim spent the afternoon just at the hotel swimming at the Lagoon. The pools and waterslides at Nick were great! We came home and stopped in Daytona to eat breakfast and to walk out on the beach. Nice but it put us behind and we got in tons of traffic and finally got home around 9pm. Loooong day Friday. Jen and Dave enjoyed their trip to NYC with the high school. They got to do a lot and were very well supervised. There were 51 on the trip. It did them good to do a trip on their own.
